■楽曲解説

この作品には、あえて標題を設定していません。標題を受けて無意識のうちに発生しうる先入観をなるべく排除したいこと、そして今まで私がたくさんの力をもらい、支えられてきた“音楽”そのものを表現したいと考えたからです。（標題音楽を否定したいなどという思いはなく、もちろん他の場面ではそちらにも着手しております。）曲は、先頭で宣言される１つのテーマが次々と展開することで発展していきます。そこから時々スパイスのように差し込まれる連符、主にホルンが朗々とうたう中間部へと進行し、最後は再びテーマへと回帰します。全体的には古典風の様式ですが、意外性を感じさせる和声進行などの現代的な要素をさりげなく取り入れることで、作曲者の遊び心を随所に散りばめてみました。明るさ・さわやかさが特徴の一曲です。

■Program Note

"This Piece Has No Title by Design"
I chose not to give this piece a title, aiming to avoid any unconscious preconceptions that a title might create and to focus purely on expressing “music” itself, which has given me so much support and strength. (This doesn’t mean I am against program music; I do compose in that style as well for other works.)
The piece develops from a single theme declared at the start, which then unfolds and evolves throughout. Occasional bursts of rapid notes add spice, leading into a middle section where the horn takes the lead with a rich, lyrical melody. Finally, the music returns to the opening theme. Although classical in style, I’ve subtly incorporated modern elements, such as unexpected harmonic progressions, to add a playful touch. This piece is characterized by its brightness and refreshing quality.
